Step 1: iSyncMe

Device weights 1,600g and fits head circumferences between 50-62cm. Its 19 EEG channels allow both QEEG measurements and PBM protocols.

Both the tablet and iSyncBrain software are sold separately from iSyncWave.
Includes one (1) iSyncMe, as the first component of the AI Integrated Mental Health Care Solution. Device requires reliable internet and bluetooth access. Tablet and iSyncBrain software are sold separately. PBM software and iSyncHeart are recommended additional features.

In order to use iSyncWave, iSyncBrain, and iSyncHeart, you must receive training. Please contact us for more details.
Connected to iSyncWave or iSyncMe, the iSyncBrain software will produce qEEG reports. Annual subscription is available at two levels, ‘Basic’ and ‘Pro’, depending on the needs of your practice. Both the tablet and the iSyncBrain software are sold separately from iSyncWave or iSyncMe.
Step 3: Professional Training

Features of iSyncWave, iSyncBrain, and iSyncHeart • Installation, Subscription and Technical Support • Individual Scans • Troubleshooting.

Initially, sessions will be held online via Zoom or similar conference tools. Materials will be provided.

Training sessions will be scheduled every six weeks. Contact us for more details.
Step 4: Individual Scans

Individual readings will be uploaded to the cloud, which will return a report based on previously chosen features relevant to each case.

The cloud will read the data and return the report in only ten minutes, depending on the quality of your internet conexion.

As a clinician, you will have access to your patient’s data and will be able to revisit their results as often as necessary.
Software subscriptions allows clinicians to access determined features. However, not all cases require the same type of reports. Scans are submitted and paid for on an individual basis, according to the patient’s needs.
Step 5: Technical Support

Some features of each software can be customised to fit different clinician’s needs. Offered upon request.

A Helpdesk will be able to answer all enquiries during office hours.

Equipment may be temporarily or permanently replaced according to the terms of your warranty.

iSyncWave and iSyncMe each has the capability to connect to iSyncBrain and iSyncHeart, however it is also fitted with Near-Infrared Lights which function in connection to a QEEG-guided PBM software, capable of establishing protocols customised for each individual.
